A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of the leading property maintenance organisations in the UK, working as a Day to Day Maintenance Trades Supervisor in their maintenance division, covering Nort London.
Reporting in to the Operations Manager, you will initially be responsible for the supervision and direction of trades staff carrying out reactive maintenance work in occupied domestic properties. You will ensure that the work is carried out to required standard and completed in a timely fashion.
Previous experience in this role is essential, including looking after multiple trades and projects at any one time.
The role is temporary initially and will lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate. A trade background is a huge advantage and a full driving licence and flexible outlook is essential.
