HIRE CONTROLLER - Tool Hire

£25,000 - £36,000 Basic & Pension
Vacancy Requirements:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Tool Hire Company. The role requires an experienced Hire Controller to work from the West London Depot and provide the highest level of customer service.
Based in the Surrey depot, the Hire Controller is a crucial role within the operations team on the front line of customer service. Communication and commitment are the key to success, as the Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from creating the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they’re satisfied with our service.
Specific product training will be given, but it is important that applicants have had previous experience of the hire industry.

- Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel

Candidate Requirements:
Your main responsibilities will include quoting prices, taking orders and processing them through to completion, with the aim of increasing their customer base by working directly with customers and supporting the sales team.
You will liaise closely with the whole business to ensure that they exceed customer expectations and agreed service levels.
