Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Join our team as a Vehicle Technician Supervisor and play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles, managing a team of other technicians and training them. As a Vehicle Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise power tools and hand tools to perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, brakes, and suspension systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
About you:
- Prior experience working with power tools and hand tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail to ensure all repairs are completed accurately.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job efficiently.
