A varied, interesting and fast paced EA role has arisen in this mid sized private equity firm in Mayfair. It will suit an EA with up to 6 years experience and who wants to be part of a dynamic but highly collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience either within finance or a similarly fast paced tech environment as you will be supporting the busy investor relations team. The team will rely heavily on you as they are regularly travelling across the USA and Europe so you will need to be a diary ninja. Huge scope to get involved in sourcing venues for their offsite events/roadshows and the role will need someone who likes ownership of their own role and high energy and a great sense of humour.Do you have great energy and love a role in a busy, fast-paced team?Are you experienced in calendar across timezones and organising global travel?Do you want to be part of a team that collaborates and supports its EA?Do you have 5/6 years experience as an Executive Assistant and are ready for an exciting challenge?Responsibilities
  • Calendar management for up to six busy senior executives
  • Global travel management and logistics
  • Onboarding of all new starters to the team
  • Planning Events/Roadshows and offsite meetings with clients - internal and external
  • Research and ad-hoc projects to support the team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or similar professional business support qualification (Quest/OMBS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic work style and someone who loves to work at pace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fantastic attitude to work and life outside work
