Day-to-day of the role:- Teach and develop programmes of study in Electrical Installation that reflect the latest industry standards and technology.
- Participate in open evenings and recruitment activities, providing accurate information and guidance to potential students.
- Contribute to the production of informational materials and fact sheets.
- Interview potential applicants and play an active role in the college’s interviewing schedules.
- Develop, promote, and deliver effective marketing and recruitment strategies for the programme.
- Ensure the retention and achievement of students through the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Electrical Installation.
- Proven teaching ability or relevant industry training experience.
- Strong commitment to educational excellence and student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals with diverse industry experiences.
- Willingness to undertake further training, including fully funded Diploma in Education and Training qualification at the College.
