Electrical Installations Lecturer

We are seeking a qualified Lecturer in Electrical Installations to join our team withina Further Education setting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong background in electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Deliver comprehensive teaching across all levels of Electrical Installations, from Level 1 up to Level 3, including apprenticeships.
- Engage with different student groups including 16-18 year olds on Study Programmes, adult learners, and apprentices.
- Provide an excellent learning experience that equips students with the necessary skills for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to ensure a dynamic and effective learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold an Electrical Installations qualification or equivalent, or have a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.
- Full teaching qualification or currently working towards one.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Exceptional organisational skills, good IT knowledge, and sound administrative abilities.
