Film & Games Lecturer

We are seeking a dedicated Film & Games Lecturer to join our educational team in Wandsworth. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for film, Games and education, looking to influence the next generation of creatives. The successful candidate will hold QTS Status, QTLS, or equivalent, and will bring a blend of professional experience and academic insight to our students.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Employ a variety of teaching strategies including lectures, seminars, tutorials, and workshops to deliver course content effectively.
- Actively contribute to student supervision and provide pastoral care to ensure student welfare.
- Participate in the teaching and learning-related administration of programmes.
- Engage in the review of modules and programmes and participate in quality assurance mechanisms, including tracking student progression and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold QTS Status, QTLS, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a relevant professional role; teaching experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
- Possession of a clear enhanced DBS on the update service.
