GSL Education London Branch are seeking a passionate Food Technology Teacher to join a vibrant co-educational secondary school in Newham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious professional ready to inspire the next generation of culinary talent.

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative Food Technology lessons to students of all abilities.
• Encourage students to develop practical skills and a strong understanding of food preparation and nutrition.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

• UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Food Technology at the secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge in food preparation, nutrition, and health.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
