Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Hair and Beauty, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum.
- Student Assessment: Assess students' progress through assignments, practical assessments, and exams, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and updating of the Hair and Beauty curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for employment.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing student behavior and fostering a culture of respect and professionalism.
- Student Support: Provide academic and pastoral support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and helping them overcome any barriers to success.
