We are currently seeking a Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a great college in East London on a part-time basis due to a spike in staff absence. This role is ideal for someone with experience in teaching health and social care courses at Level 2 and above.

Day-to-day of the role of a HSC Lecturer:
  • Deliver engaging and informative lectures in health and social care to students at Level 2 and above.
  • Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
  • Assess and evaluate student's progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional and departmental requirements.
  • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet student's varying needs and interests.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the HSC lecturer role :
  • A recognised teaching qualification
  • Proven experience as a lecturer or teacher in health and social care.
  • Strong understanding of the curriculum and requirements for health and social care courses at Level 2 and above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
