We are looking for a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our team in the vibrant heart of Covent Garden. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a kitchen that celebrates the bold and dynamic flavours of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.

What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience supporting kitchen operations, ideally with exposure to Mediterranean or Israeli-inspired cuisine.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assist in managing and motivating a kitchen team, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Passion for creating flavourful, health-conscious dishes that delight guests.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Assist in training and developing kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Uphold our commitment to fresh, vibrant, and health-conscious cooking practices.
