About the role:

You will contribute to the delivery and assessment of the L3 Access to Higher Education Diploma Policing course. The successful candidate will be educated to degree in a relevant discipline area. Previous experience working within law enforcement, police services and/or public services is highly desirable.

The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of policing in general and be capable of delivering modules at Level 3. The successful candidates will need excellent presentation and communications skills.

About you:

The successful candidate will be expected to draw on recent and relevant knowledge of national, initial police learning and development curriculums. A sound understanding of professional practices in policing, experience of development of policing curriculums and an understanding of quality assurance is required, in addition to a background in the delivery of training and support to students. You must have relevant qualifications including a teaching qualification (or be working towards one). You must also have at least 6 months teaching and assessing experience.
