Milk Education are working in partnership with a Primary SEMH school in Greenwich who are looking to appoint and full time Behaviour Support Assistant, with a Performing Arts Graduate. Your role as a Behaviour Support Assistant will involve working as a Classroom Assistant and working 1:1 with students. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Performing Arts Graduate and Behaviour Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports coaching and educating individuals of all ages in various sporting disciplines.

Your Duties as a Performing Arts Graduate, Behaviour Support Assistant:

- Plan and deliver engaging mentoring sessions- Provide constructive feedback to improve performance and technique- Develop tailored training programmes to meet the needs of participants- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants- Organise and supervise sports events, matches, or tournaments- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions
