We are recruiting for a prestigious university based in central London.
Role: Temporary Reception
Pay rate: 14.35
Duration: Currently 3 months
Start date: 24th March 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Location: Central London - 100% campus based
Duties:
To provide general reception and administrative duties necessary to facilitate the smooth running of the Estates Division as advised by the Manager. These duties will be varied and include but are not limited to; meeting and greeting visitors to the Estates office, distributing post, photocopying, note taking, document management, telephone duties, servicing meetings, dealing with queries from staff, students, visitors and members of the public and providing cover in the absence of other key administrators. These duties will be undertaken whilst making full use of various computer packages and office equipment. Apprenticeship: The role holder will be required to undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
Ensure the reception area; meeting rooms and front of house area are tidy and well organised at all times. * Provide senior staff and guests at meetings with appropriate refreshments as required. * Provide support with routine clerical tasks, for example, photocopying and collating documents document and booklet binding, laminating etc. * To maintain an appropriate level of stationery for Estates and inform Office Manager when stock is low, log stationery orders on Excel spreadsheet, noting order and delivery details. * To ensure daily post is distributed to the appropriate members of the Estates Division.
