We are seeking a dedicated Sports Lecturer to deliver BTEC Level 1 & 3 courses. This contract role is based in London and offers an engaging environment where you can impart your knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject to eager students.

Day-to-day of the role of a Sports Lecturer:
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in Sports aged 14-19
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organising learning resources and the classroom environment.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the institution.
- Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Sports Lecturer:
- Recognised Teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching BTEC Sports at Level 1& 3.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Energy, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication, resilience and self-discipline.
