Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a passion for driving growth and excellence in the care sector? Join a leading domiciliary and live-in care provider in London and play a pivotal role in expanding our clients weekly care hours and delivering exceptional services to high-net-worth elderly clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client enquiries and grow the branch.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g, doctors, hospitals, social workers, and CQC).
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance reporting and strategic growth plans.
  • Support compliance and operational excellence alongside the branch team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the home care/domiciliary sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets and KPIs.
  • Strong networking skills with established connections in the care industry.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A clinical background is preferred but not essential.
