Business Development Manager - Part Time

Location: Remote

Type: Part-Time, 10 hours per week

We are a freelance recruitment start-up looking for a dynamic and motivated hands-on Business Development Manager to help us generate new business from scratch. This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly, build a client base from the ground up, and take ownership of your business development strategy. You will be responsible for securing SMEs in London who require recruitment services for permanent hybrid or office-based staff.

Responsibilities

  • Build the client base from scratch.
  • Work independently with minimal resources - company email only.
  • Research and identify target markets and businesses in need of recruitment services.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, and other relevant channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for potential clients.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and keep track of interactions.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of business development activities.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development.
  • Experience working with startups or small businesses with limited resources.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on generating high-quality new business.

Candidates must have their own phone, computer, internet access and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tool).
