Overview:
Working for an established and well regarded recruitment consultancy, you will identify and engage clients within the Education, Training and Charity sectors (think Schools, Colleges, Universities, Apprenticeship & Employability Providers).
You will expand our client portfolio and brand, while identifying opportunities for new business growth and diversification.
A typical week:
- Identify, engage & win new clients
- Expand company presence, brand & reach
- Reignite old accounts
- Engage with sector events, forums & networks
- Work closely with Consultants to deliver success
You'll need the following:
- 2 years B2B experience in Recruitment, Apprenticeships or Employability
- Confident with LinkedIn & cold call engagement
- Proactive & consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
