Seeking an accomplished business developer from the Recruitment, Apprenticeship or Employability sectors.

Overview:

Working for an established and well regarded recruitment consultancy, you will identify and engage clients within the Education, Training and Charity sectors (think Schools, Colleges, Universities, Apprenticeship & Employability Providers).

You will expand our client portfolio and brand, while identifying opportunities for new business growth and diversification.

A typical week:

  • Identify, engage & win new clients
  • Expand company presence, brand & reach
  • Reignite old accounts
  • Engage with sector events, forums & networks
  • Work closely with Consultants to deliver success

You'll need the following:

  • 2 years B2B experience in Recruitment, Apprenticeships or Employability
  • Confident with LinkedIn & cold call engagement
  • Proactive & consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

You will receive a holistic induction and training programme which will support your transition into the company and sector.
