Cedar are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented HR Project Manager with extensive experience in managing HR transformation projects within the insurance industry. This role will be responsible for driving key initiatives related to HR systems, recruitment, organisational change, and the establishment of efficient HR processes and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, a track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of HR transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of new HR systems, including HRIS, recruitment platforms, and performance management systems.
- Drive the design and delivery of organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Develop and implement new HR processes and functions, enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business leaders, to ensure effective integration of HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders to define project scope, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution.
- Ensure that HR projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving potential risks and issues as they arise.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, consistent communication to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing HR transformation projects, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
