French/German speaking Respondent Engagement Manager – Hybrid (3 days at the office) - £30k per annum

We are having an exciting opportunity for a French and/or German speaking recruiter to join and lead the recruitment process of a boutique Market Research Agency as Respondent Engagement Manager.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential respondents for B2B, Healthcare and consumer research projects, managing the recruitment process from initial contact to project commitment. This role demands a proactive approach to developing and refining recruitment strategies.

You will be reporting to the owners of the company and working closely with their project managers.

Some of your keys duties will be:

  • Strategic Outreach: Leverage their company’s resources, LinkedIn, and other online platforms to identify and engage potential B2B respondents. You’ll develop and refine outreach strategies that maximize efficiency and response rates, ensuring they reach the right participants for their projects.
  • Participant Recruitment: You'll be at the forefront of recruiting enthusiastic participants for current and future projects. Your role will be crucial in creating a seamless sign-up and engagement process, fostering long-term relationships with their panelists.
  • Innovation in Engagement: Help them expand and diversify our consumer panel! They’re looking for innovative ideas to enhance participant engagement and retention, making sure every voice is heard and valued.
  • Panel Management: Oversee the management of our panel, ensuring that we maintain accurate and up-to-date information. You’ll play a key role in matching projects effectively and may also be involved in transitioning to a more robust platform, managing contractors along the way.

Successful candidate will have:

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced numeracy and skilled in digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets); adept in data functions (COUNTIF/S, UNIQUE, INDEX/MATCH).
    • Experience with web scraping tools; ability to write recipes for general-purpose tools (not just paid LinkedIn scrapers).
    • Familiarity with mail merge in Outlook/Mailchimp for efficient communication.
    • Awareness of LinkedIn and email outreach limits, including consequences of breaching these limits.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills for engaging a diverse range of respondents, from executives to consumers.
    • Methodical in managing communications and follow-ups, ensuring timely updates to respondents and databases.
  • Desirable Additional Skills:
    • Knowledge of SQL databases and WordPress management.
    • Multilingual capabilities, especially in German and French, are a plus for broader engagement.
