We are looking to appoint a driven, enthusiastic and diplomatic individual with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills working with psychiatric trainers and trainees to improve psychiatric engagement and training standards.Reporting to the Head of Training and Workforce, you will have excellent communications skills, be highly articulate, thorough and organised. As an experienced line manager, you will have great people skills and be able to manage a range of workstreams and committees with multiple objectives.We need a confident individual who is looking to build their experience in delivering innovative and engaging membership experiences and a diverse range of operational and strategic initiatives.
