Role:

Responsible for the delivery and roll-out of trainings and continuous improvement of training programs.
Conduct needs assessments, evaluate outcomes and manage training path for all Stores.
Conduct on-site coaching and accompany sales force in implementing their key learnings on-the-sales-floor.
Champion training programs to create a positive and performance driven culture.

Requirements:

Previous hands-on experience in training and development preferably in Tailoring / Luxury retail.
Strong analysis needs, program development, facilitation and training delivery skills
Possess a passion in fostering a learning culture and developing talents
Excellent communication skills, client-centric and strong fashion sensibility.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (+ Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
