In this position, you will:

Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed in their roles.Manage referrals and support volunteers in delivering befriending services.Facilitate volunteer group sessions and conduct performance monitoring to maintain quality support.Handle safeguarding concerns, ensuring all protocols are followed and logged appropriately.Contribute to volunteer recognition initiatives to foster engagement and a sense of community.

Has experience supporting volunteers, including recruitment and training.Can communicate effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding for diverse lived experiences.Excels in organisational skills, managing competing priorities with ease.Is proficient in using digital tools, including CRM systems, to maintain records and streamline processes.
