We are working with a leading charity to recruit a Volunteer Support Administrator. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the vital work of volunteers across the organisation's community networks.

The role
As Volunteer Support Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for volunteers, providing guidance and support through telephone, email, and video chat. You'll ensure enquiries are resolved promptly, records are kept up to date, and compliance processes, such as disclosure checks, are managed effectively.

Working closely with colleagues and volunteers, you'll also assist in arranging events, setting up webinars, and supporting compliance audits. This is a varied role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

About you
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, ideally supporting volunteers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to support others in using them.
A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with teams and volunteers.
Experience working in the charity or health sector and knowledge of compliance processes would be an advantage.
