A prestigious fine dining restaurant in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea is seeking experienced and service-driven Waiters and Waitresses to join their dynamic team. Set in a Grade II listed building, this elegant venue combines world-class Italian cuisine, an art gallery, and a vibrant patron program, making it a truly unique place to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a designated section of the restaurant during service, ensuring an attentive and seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Take food and drink orders, delivering exceptional service with a smile.
  • Maintain tables, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens, to provide informed recommendations to diners.
  • Collaborate with runners, bar staff, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and actively participate in daily briefings.
  • Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and support all departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for learning more.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to foresee and address potential challenges.
  • A friendly, positive attitude and flexibility to support different teams when needed.
