Haringey Council is seeking an experienced Interim CCTV & ASB Operations Manager to lead the CCTV team and ensure the effective delivery of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Noise & Nuisance services during this interim period. This role is key to maintaining service continuity and upholding community safety priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership - Manage and coordinate the CCTV team, addressing staffing gaps and operational challenges to maintain effective service delivery.
- Service Continuity - Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Service and act as the escalation point for complex ASB and Noise & Nuisance cases.
- Resource Management - Address capacity issues, develop contingency plans, and ensure all resources are effectively utilised to manage current and anticipated pressures.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with internal and external partners to coordinate responses to ASB and Noise & Nuisance, support resident engagement, and ensure service alignment with community safety priorities.
- Policy Implementation - Oversee the operational implementation of the Borough-wide Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) and ensure its successful introduction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience managing CCTV, ASB, or community safety services in a leadership capacity
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in developing and implementing effective resource and contingency plans
