Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all health and safety aspects during the commissioning process.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure seamless project execution and successful handover.
- Ensure commissioning activities comply with quality standards, manufacturer instructions, and industry best practices.
- Develop, review, and approve Method Statements and Risk Assessments for commissioning tasks.
- Deliver regular progress reports to the Commissioning Manager and address any issues as needed.
- Assist in the development of commissioning plans, inspection and test procedures, and training materials.
- Provide technical support and expertise to team members.
- Ensure final results meet specifications and client expectations.
- Optimize efficiency in testing and commissioning processes.
Candidate Requirements:
- As this role is working within the water sector, candidates will need to have relevant water sector experience and demonstrated success in a similar capacity.
- Candidates will need extensive experience working with relevant M&E water based assets, including but not limited to: Level Instruments, Controls, Penstocks, HMI displays.
- Candidates will ideally be familiar with Allen Bradley control systems, however programming experience itself is not required.
- HND/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail.
- Complete commissioning phase experience, including installation, dry and wet commissioning.
