Water treatment Qualifications needed consist of the below -

L8 Legionella

Operating as a Senior Water Technician.

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Water Hygiene Sector.

Hold relevant and current certification for the role as approved by the Authorising Engineer.

About the role:

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised FM provider who are looking to take on board a Lead Water Technician to supervise contracted and reactive closed water systems maintenance services and additional services when required, in accordance with statutory, HTM4, ACOP L8 and contractual obligations.

Ensure that all maintenance records, and supporting documentation are completed, recorded or documented appropriately, and filed as necessary to provide and evidence-based platform completion of service delivery and sub-contracted tasks to achieve both statutory and non-statutory compliance.


Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure compliance of all closed water systems in accordance with the requirements ACOP L8, HTM 04 and current statutory legislation.

Supervise PPM (statutory and routine), reactive and additional works to ensure delivery on time in accordance with contracted service levels, on an allocated portfolio of maintenance contracts.

Supervision and effective communication for the completion of PPM, reactive tasks and remedial works with the appointed water treatment specialist contractor(s).

Support the Deputy Engineering Manager with month end financial procedures to ensure that WIP, accruals and purchase commitments are updated on a monthly basis.


Candidate requirements:

L8 Legionella

Operating as a Senior Water Technician.

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Water Hygiene Sector.

Hold relevant and current certification for the role as approved by the Authorising Engineer.
