We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead and implement a unified content strategy across our clients European portfolio. This role involves overseeing content creation, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and meet key performance objectives. Ideal candidates will have a passion for content and a proven track record in project management.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with the portfolio leadership team to develop a cohesive content strategy that aligns with high-level objectives and ensures consistent execution across regions.
  • Implement the content strategy, monitor its effectiveness, and ensure all elements meet performance standards.
  • Streamline production processes to reduce redundancy and maximize efficiency in resource usage.
  • Set and uphold content quality standards across regions to maintain brand consistency and integrity of output.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content performance, experimenting with new formats and distribution strategies tailored to diverse audience segments.
  • Manage team performance and development by regularly reviewing content plans, timelines, and KPIs, and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Foster collaboration among marketing, conference, and editorial teams to ensure a cohesive, consistent approach to content initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support the delivery of sponsored content, creating opportunities for revenue growth and commercial partnerships.
  • Lead community-building efforts to drive engagement, interaction, and brand loyalty.
  • Oversee the management and development of speaker and subscriber databases in collaboration with business intelligence and data teams.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports for budgeting and forecasting.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy development and demonstrated skills in project and team management. Experience in the technology sector is an advantage.
