A Global technology company, known for their iconic products are looking for an internal comms Content Publisher to join their Engagement and Marketing team to support EMEIA internal engagement. The role involves publishing creative assets, experiences, and digital content on internal platforms, ensuring timely and accurate communication for internal employees.

Candidates will ideally have worked in in internal comms for a large international company and must be used to working in a very fast paced environment, dealing with a high volume of requests and projects .

It's essential that candidates have worked with Adobe Experience Manager or a similar CMS tool.

This will initially be a 12 month contract and will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the central London office, and 2 wfh.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with various CMS tools, handling editorial formats from long-form guides to task posts.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with business partners to draft, edit, and publish content based on deadlines.
  • Oversee content publishing from start to finish, maintaining timelines and addressing contingencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital publishing or web content management.
  • Proficiency with CMS, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
  • Basic HTML, WordPress, and design skills a plus.
  • Ability to communicate CMS issues to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing schedules.
