Digital Content Assistant, Arts, London, Temporary, Part Time, £13.50 - £15 per hour plus holiday pay accrual

Our client, an Art Centre in London, require a Digital Content Assistant to provide support with the launch of their art collection website. This role will focus on enhancing the user experience and inputting data to the back end of the website, categorising and tagging artworks on the site. This is a temp role for 8 weeks initially, working from 10:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the web development team to ensure data is currently displayed on the website
  • Sense-checking, translating and inputting data
  • Ensuring the correct categorisation and tagging of artworks for consistency before data is uploaded
  • Inputting data accurately to the website’s content management systems
  • Translating data into categories for the website

Requirements:

  • An interest in the Arts and Heritage or Art collection
  • Knowledge of content management systems and working in a team developing websites
  • Excel spreadsheets
  • Google Drive
  • Experience in data inputting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate issues or questions
