The Digital Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of a busy website, handle user enquiries, and play a pivotal role in a major website refresh project. This will involve working closely with various teams to review and enhance existing content, ensuring it meets best practices and effectively engages users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality digital content for websites and intranet.

- Respond to customer enquiries and provide effective solutions.

- Assist with UAT testing and ensure content accuracy.
- Utilise tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and report on success.
