A leading membership body and charity is currently seeking a Digital Coordinator to join their team and support best-practice content production across their websites and digital platforms. This is a dynamic role for someone passionate about digital content and user engagement. This is an 18 month contract.

The Digital Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of a busy website, handle user enquiries, and play a pivotal role in a major website refresh project. This will involve working closely with various teams to review and enhance existing content, ensuring it meets best practices and effectively engages users.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a significant digital transformation, including the development of new CRM and CMS systems, while collaborating with an experienced team and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality digital content for websites and intranet.
  • Advise on and copy-edit digital content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with content editors and assist with content planning.
  • Take ownership of CMS processes, suggesting improvements and optimising workflows.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Contribute to ongoing website improvements with support from a digital agency.
  • Assist with UAT testing and ensure content accuracy.
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and report on success.
  • Help train colleagues and advocate for digital best practices and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing campaigns.
