A great opportunity to join a leading retail company as a Digital Product Analyst

THE COMPANY

The business is a leading retailer owning some of the UK's biggest brands and stores and they continuing to grow out their portfolio with the addition of new businesses moving forward. With this period of growth the business are now looking to enhance their analytics capabilities with the addition of a Digital Product Analyst.

As a Digital Product Analyst, you'll join the digital analytics function and support the assessment of digital products across the business.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the creation of dashboards to bring insights and analytics to the team
  • Performing deep dive analysis to identify opportunities to website optimisation
  • Support in-depth analysis of A/B testing
  • Developing ways of working across Product, UX, User Testing and analytics to deliver across the product development lifecycle

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience in web analytics (e-commerce related would be ideal)
  • Experience in GA4 or Adobe Analytics and SQL or BigQuery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
