Clients include ITV, Global Media and Warner Media.About this role:As the Digital Product Manager, you will design and develop a new digital competition and subscription product.You will

  • Be responsible for the design and development of an online subscription product.
  • Lead the design of the end-to-end user experience - purchase and upsell, subscription management and customer retention.
  • Design the user journeys and work with the graphic designer to create clean, compelling user experiences.
  • Lead ongoing product development to fine-tune the product and add new features.
  • Produce specifications and requirements for product development and work with the technical product manager for delivery.
  • Work with the data analytics team to turn insights into new product features

It provides innovative competition platforms for Global radio and ITV (with its joint venture Neon Cube) and develops interactive quiz shows.The media industry has kindly recognised us for producing the world’s first truly interactive competition show, The Singer Takes It All on Channel 4. Over the years we have been honoured to receive a number of national and international awards, including 'Best Platform Innovation', 'Best App' and 'Best Multi-platform Project' by Broadcast Magazine; BAFTA's TV Craft Awards short-listing and winning IBC’s international innovation awardAbout the Team:You would be joining a new start-up team within the established business to launch a new consumer-facing online product. The team will consist of experts in different fields who will work together in a new team of 10 people, with the support of a big business. The team will act like a mini business in its own right.The ideal candidate:

  • A desire to work in a new start-up environment, within an established business.
  • Several experience in designing online products and services.
  • A good eye for design and a flair for designing great website / App user experiences.
  • The ability to put yourself in the shoes of different types of customers to create personalised user journeys.
  • Experience working with technical teams and a reasonable level of technical understanding.
  • An advantage if you have experience in any of the following:
  • Lotteries, online competitions, digital games, gambling and / or retail subscriptions.
  • An advantage if you have experience working with customer engagement systems e.g. Braze
  • And, enjoys the spirit of working in a start-up environment and is willing to muck-in, use your initiative and take responsibility.
