Salt Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading organisation embarking on a transformative Digital Engagement Programme. Our client is centralising their online presence by consolidating hundreds of websites into a single, seamless platform. This initiative will include automated marketing, a new online member portal, and a completely redesigned data architecture.
They are looking for an experienced Digital UAT Analyst to join the team on a 3-6 month contract to ensure all components are thoroughly tested before release. This is an ASAP start opportunity, with £300 per day inside IR35, and based in Central London (hybrid working, initially one day per week on-site with the possibility of increased on-site presence later in the project).
About the RoleAs a Digital UAT Analyst, you'll play a critical role in the final approval process at the end of the development cycle. You'll work closely with stakeholders and development teams to test end-to-end member journeys, ensuring the new platform delivers a seamless and engaging user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct real-world scenario testing of functionality and user experience, including:
- Component/template deployment, forms, navigation, and design accuracy.
- Cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Testing integrations with systems like CRM, SSO, and API calls.
- Collaborate with teams in sprints to support development, handovers, and UAT cycles.
- Document issues, manage defect tracking, and escalate blockers via JIRA.
- Ensure all deliverables meet business and user requirements for final sign-off.
- Proven experience in UAT within Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level CMS platforms, ideally Drupal, Sitecore, or Optimizely.
- Strong understanding of automated marketing and API integrations.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Xray.
- Previous experience working on member-focused digital projects (not back-office systems such as ERP or Salesforce).
- Candidates who have worked on intensive CMS programmes, especially Drupal-based projects, will be highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who can confidently represent the internal approval process during development cycles.
- On-site presence: Initially 1 day per week, with flexibility required for potential increased on-site attendance as the project progresses.
- Hybrid role, with the remainder of the week working remotely.
