What you'll be doing:
- Take ownership of front-end and back-end systems, designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Help shape a greenfield environment, building and optimizing high-volume, transactional websites while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment where solutions are deployed multiple times a day—delivering immediate, measurable outcomes.
- Lead by example, mentoring engineers to maintain high standards and implement best practices.
- Contribute to the business’s ambitious expansion plans, including exploring new verticals for them to pursue.
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience with high-traffic, transactional websites, ideally with an e-commerce or marketing background.
- Expertise in React (or Next.js), TypeScript, and headless CMS solutions like Strapi.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP (or AWS/Azure) and strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- A collaborative, data-driven mindset with the ability to solve both business and technical challenges.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and contribute to solving real-world business problems.
