- Identify and solve problems with project requirements or how tasks fit into larger goals

- Help improve document flow and readability, and negotiate solutions to project challenges
- Define timelines and tasks for your assigned project components
- Address any conflicts that may arise to prevent issues within the team
- Understand the technical details of products or projects to anticipate user questions and needs
- Have knowledge of content creation tools and processes to create quality content for various products or programs
- Professors, Masters degree, Retired teachers, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
- Education (with a STEM focus)
- 5-10+ years of experience as a teacher, professor, or educator in a K-12 or higher education setting, with a focus on STEM subjects
