This Web Content Editor will be responsible for the development of the charity website and digital infrastructure to support the organisational goals. You will support the Digital team to develop user-centred content and design across their digital platforms and act as a champion for improving digital knowledge across the charity.

Description
- Work with Content & Brand to develop an integrated approach to ensure all offline editorial is developed for digital.
- Work with Marketing to ensure digital elements of marketing and fundraising campaigns are produced and supported to a high standard.
- Champion and support staff in other teams to take an active role in digital, owning areas of content, including web content and digital marketing, and providing training and support.
- Support with reporting across all areas of digital activity monthly and adhoc bespoke reporting for teams: including websites, email (onward journeys), display advertising, PPC, google AdWords and mobile channels.
- Working with Digital and other colleagues to test across our digital platforms, including regular acceptance testing on bugs and maintenance issues, A/B testing and usability testing both 1-1 and remotely at scale.
Profile
- Experience as a digital content editor/website officer/digital communications officer/communications officer or similar role.
- Awareness of the importance of designing content and services for user needs.
- An understanding of reporting metrics and measuring website performance and visitor insights using Google suite.
- Experience with various Content Management Systems, and the ability to learn new systems.
Job Offer
- £30 - £40k on a day rate
- 3 - 4 month contract, ASAP start
- London based - hybrid working
