Ecommerce Project Manager (Fashion/ Retail sector) | Salary up to £60k + Benefits | Wimbledon based - Hybrid working (2 office days per week)

Key Responsibilities for the Ecommerce Project Manager:

  • Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to create and execute a 12-month development calendar, including scoping and gathering requirements for new projects.
  • Manage web development budgets and support tickets, ensuring that requests are prioritised in a data-driven, customer-focused manner.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of web developments, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay on top of competitor websites and market trends, identifying new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Leverage research methods like customer surveys, user testing, and tools like Content Square and Google Analytics to better understand customer behaviour and inform development decisions.
  • Collaborate with the CRO Executive to build a roadmap for A/B testing, ensuring a culture of experimentation and optimisation.
  • Partner with the CRM team and CRO Exec to drive personalisation efforts across the site.
  • Work with external developers/designers to ensure development work is on-brand and optimised for the best user experience.
  • Support the ecommerce team in adopting new functionality and resolving any website-related issues.
  • Manage third-party relationships for Google Analytics, GTM, and tagging setup.
