Job Advert: Dynamics 365 Integration Developer - Local Government Contract

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week on-site)

Salt Recruitment's Local Government team is working closely with a Central London council to recruit a talented Dynamics 365 Integration Developer. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to cutting-edge digital transformation projects that improve public services.

The Role:

As a Dynamics 365 Integration Developer, you will be a vital member of the Software Engineering team, responsible for developing new features and maintaining integrations in Dynamics 365, with a particular focus on the Customer Service module. You will also play a key role in external API development and system integrations using C# and .NET technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance features in Dynamics 365, including workflows, plugins, entities, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain robust integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of external APIs using C#/.NET.
  • Work in environments with multiple solutions, managing dependencies and resolving issues effectively.
  • Create JavaScript and HTML web resources and utilise the Dynamics Web API for development tasks.
  • Use the Dynamics SDK to develop plugins and custom workflow activities.
  • Collaborate on external API development, including Azure API Manager and Logic Apps.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365, particularly the Customer Service module.
  • Experience working in environments with multiple solutions, managing dependencies, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and Dynamics Web API development.
  • Proven skills in C#/.NET development, including API creation.
  • Familiarity with Azure API Manager and Logic Apps is advantageous.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400/MB-400) is beneficial but not essential.
