Web Front End DeveloperDay Rate: £400 per day - inside IR35Location: Central LondonContract: 12-monthsIs this your next role?Our client, a leading global financial institution, is looking for a highly experienced Web Front End Developer to join their Corporate Meetings & Events team based in Central London.As the Web Front End Developer, you will work closely with the team and its stakeholders to design and build client event websites, emails and registration forms for information gathering.Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to create and maintain event marketing emails, websites, and registration forms using the event management system.
- Manage multiple projects independently while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Follow internal policies, compliance regulations, and approval processes.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and address issues promptly.
- Build partnerships with internal teams and external vendors for event execution.
- Test the event management system for bugs and support other tech-related projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed environment. You will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously whilst prioritising your workload and meeting strict deadlines.Key skills:
- 8+ years work experience as a front end developer
- 5+ years experience designing and developing email campaigns using HTML
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Office Applications to a high level
- Experience developing responsive/adaptive websites for mobile devices
- IT skills/Technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 3, jQuery, advanced Microsoft Excel, adobe Creative suite, and website and email analytics tools
- Relevant experience using content management systems
