We are seeking an Interim M&E Compliance Officer to serve within our property department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance standards and ensuring the smooth operations within our not-for-profit organisation.

Description

  • Monitoring and enforcing compliance regulations within the property department.
  • Developing and implementing compliance programmes for the organisation.
  • Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; developing/implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
  • Providing reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the corporate compliance committee informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
  • Collaborating with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.

Profile

A successful Interim M&E Compliance Officer should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a compliance role within a not-for-profit or property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
