Contract Role- 6 months rolling
Location: Acton, West London
Rate: £27.68 paye (+ 16.59% holiday) or £36.91 umbrella
Day shift- 7.15am to 3.15pm mon-thurs and 7.15 to 12.15 on fridays

Fitter/Welder
The main role is the reclamation and repair of steel train components by welding. The requirement is evidence of previous codings on MIG TIG and aluminium welding and relevant experience in having worked in a welding environment
You are required to be able to read and work to written work instructions and engineering drawings, and be able to use a range of engineering measuring equipment.
There will be a requirement to dismantle and assemble components in order for the repairs to be prepared and will require the use of basic hand and pneumatic tools
There will be a requirement for the use of overhead cranes and other workshop equipment for which training will be provided.
NVQ level 3 is desirable.
