About Us: My client is a leading property maintenance company based in South East London, they have a commitment to excellence and innovation. They pride themselves on there diverse and skilled workforce and are currently seeking a dedicated Multitrade Maintenance Technician to join there team.

Job Description: As a Multitrade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades. Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be working from home with occasional visits to the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair work in areas such as plumbing, electrical, plastering and carpentry.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various properties.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Collaborate with the team members and Works Scheduler to complete larger projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management of tools and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Proficiency in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, plastering, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
  • CSCS Card would be desirable but not essential.
