Rapidly growing Social Housing Contractor are looking for a Plumber/Multi to join the Repairs and Maintenance Team covering either Barnet or West London.
The role is mobile and therefore a full UK Driving Licence is required with a minimum of 3 points.
Van, Fuel Card and PDA will be provided by the client. Own tools are required.
Duties:
- Drain down
- Pipe freeze
- Tap change
- Ball Valve
- Waste Blockages
- WC's
- Bath change
- Gate valves
- Stopcocks
- Basic Carpentry, patch plastering, tiling of small areas, painting
8am to 5pm 42.5 hours per week PAID
30 minutes UNPAID lunch per day
