We are currently looking for a Plumber Multi Trade to join our team in the Newham area.
The Role:
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and broken pipes.
- Install and repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and bathtubs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Carry out multi-trade tasks including but not limited to carpentry, tiling, and general repairs.
- Respond to emergency call-outs promptly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
- Multi-trade skills including carpentry, tiling, and general maintenance.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in plumbing (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
