Your new role

  • Assist site services with installation of temporary plumbing works.
  • Assist aftercare on mechanical defects & maintenance tasks.
  • Assist site services on the installation of permanent mechanical tasks.
  • Assist site services on the install of external R.W.P & Copings
  • Assist site services on the install of external in-ground services such as mains water pipes, boosted water, sprinkler mains, district heating pipes & leak detection systems.
  • Ensure all M&E plant and equipment is installed to the highest standard and safety compliant.
  • To maintain a safe working environment and carry out regular inspections utilising the company safety department as appropriate.
  • Company vehicle, phone, Power tools & uniform provided.
  • To ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to.
  • Training will be provided for any additional job-related tasks.
  • Required to maintain accurate daily site diaries.
  • Be responsible for maintaining or requesting of new PPE.
  • Be responsible for maintenance and inspection of all tools and equipment issued & weekly PUWER completed.
  • Be responsible for issuing daily FORS paperwork.
