Plumber

Plumber – TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Commercial Heating Plumber to join a family run company, covering the Peckham and Camberwell areas.

Working as a Commercial Heating Plumber, you will be working on a variety of blocks of flats within the social housing sector, with a range of local authorities in the area.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

As a Commercial Heating Plumber your duties will include:

• Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures (i.e. radiators, cylinders) associated with district heating systems in residential properties.
• Carry out testing and inspection on heating systems.
• Emergency call out based on rota system (1 in 4 weeks to 1 in 6 weeks).

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

• Must have social housing experience
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• Driving license
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Good listening skills and strong verbal communication skills
