Plumber

Apex Resources are looking for a Plumber to work with a Local Authority client in South London.

What you will be doing:

• To provide a range of professional skills throughout all contracts serviced by Asset Management.
• To record and document all works undertaken in line with the SOR to assist in the final account process
• To clean and undertake minor maintenance of equipment ensuring that plant is maintained in a safe working order for day-to-day operational duties.
• When working alone or alongside other tradespersons provide assistance to enable the works to be completed to the appropriate standard and within the priority order
• To be responsible for the Health Welfare and safety of others whilst undertaking works (Protection Of the Public)

What you will need:

• Must a good knowledge of all hand tools, power tools and plant used to carry out your work including there uses, including compliance of testing and maintenance programs.
• Must have an ability to accurately read technical drawings and deliver works within agreed timescales.
• Must have a working knowledge and understanding of reactive building maintenance is essential, maintaining a customer focused work ethic.
• Must have Good knowledge of reactive repairs Able to carry out works to a high standard as detailed on works orders or as instructed by your supervisor/planner.
• Must have City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent. Extensive relevant experience.
