We are currently on the lookout to join a Plumber in our team in Greenwich.
The Role:
- Carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential properties.
- Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
- Install and repair water heaters, radiators, and heating systems.
- Maintain drainage systems, bathrooms, kitchens, and any other areas requiring plumbing work.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are compliant with regulations.
- Communicate with tenants to schedule work and provide updates on repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in the on-call rota for emergency plumbing services.
The Candidate:
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent).
- Gas Safe certification (preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in social housing or domestic properties.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
