Contract

We are currently on the lookout to join a Plumber in our team in Greenwich.

The Role:

  • Carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential properties.
  • Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
  • Install and repair water heaters, radiators, and heating systems.
  • Maintain drainage systems, bathrooms, kitchens, and any other areas requiring plumbing work.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are compliant with regulations.
  • Communicate with tenants to schedule work and provide updates on repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Participate in the on-call rota for emergency plumbing services.

The Candidate:

  • Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent).
  • Gas Safe certification (preferred but not essential).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in social housing or domestic properties.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
